11475 Schenk Dr, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63043 Service Manager Position Summary The Service Manager leads Field Managers and Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering services to our recurring customer base. This role is accountable for hiring, training, and developing a high‑performing service team focused on exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities that support business growth. Responsibilities Build and grow a team of Service Technicians, developing their technical service delivery and customer experience skills, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team. Provide ongoing field coaching, conduct account audits, resolve customer inquiries or service issues, and review service feedback to drive performance improvement. Partner with Field Managers, Technicians, and Sales to optimize route efficiency, manage scheduling adjustments, and oversee inventory, GPS, and service tracking systems. Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings. Qualifications And Requirements 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. The base pay for this role is between $52,000 and $58,000 and will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job‑related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. Physical Demands And Working Requirements Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
