This role is accountable for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing service team focused on exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities that support business growth.**Responsibilities*** Build and grow your team of Service Technicians, developing their technical service delivery and customer experience skills, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.* Provide ongoing field coaching, conduct account audits, resolve customer inquiries or service issues, and review service feedback to drive performance improvement.* Partner with Field Managers, Technicians, and Sales to optimize route efficiency, manage scheduling adjustments, and oversee inventory, GPS, and service tracking systems.* Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).* High School Diploma or GED.**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $52,000 and $58,000.
