Why This Role Matters As a Behavioral Health Staff member, you’ll play a critical role in supporting individuals in their homes and communities while strengthening the quality and integrity of our services. This is a unique opportunity to blend direct client care, clinical assessment, and team support—making a meaningful impact every single day. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2 years of experience conducting functional-based assessments Knowledge of HCBS/CORE programs and NYS OMH regulations Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members High level of professionalism and confidentiality Peer Certification (or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire) #J-18808-Ljbffr All Other Openings
