As a Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care. Responsibilities Manage the facility’s day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and policies. Lead and develop staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and services. Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on resident outcomes and family satisfaction. Requirements 2-4 years’ previous experience in a long-term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care Nice to have Experience in a union environment Documented track record indicating knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
