At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our Radiation Therapy Supervisors do more than oversee daily operations-they lead high-performing teams, develop future leaders, drive innovation, and help deliver world-class cancer care every day. As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, time-off, and overtime to maintain equitable coverage.
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement new initiatives, and enhance operational performance.
- Support quality, regulatory, and radiation safety standards while promoting a culture of professionalism and compassionate care.
- Build your leadership within one of the nation's most clinically advanced Radiation Oncology programs, caring for patients receiving the most complex and innovative radiation therapy treatments.
- Mentor exceptional clinicians and help shape the next generation of leaders.
- Collaborate with nationally recognized physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive innovation, improve operations, and make a meaningful impact on patients, staff, and the future of cancer care.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
- New York State license (or eligibility).
- Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience.
- Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Leads by example.
- Builds trust and strong relationships.

- Enjoys mentoring and developing others.
- Embraces change and continuous improvement.
