Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Molding Machine Operators in Winesburg for a steady manufacturing opportunity on 2nd shift. You'll operate production molding equipment, remove completed parts, inspect finished work for defects, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

This is a good fit for someone who likes hands-on manufacturing work, doesn't mind a warmer production environment, and wants a consistent 4:00 PM - midnight schedule without rotating shifts.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production molding equipment
• Load and remove materials and completed parts during production
• Remove excess material from finished parts as needed
• Visually inspect completed products for defects and quality
• Keep accurate production and quality information
• Monitor equipment and report production or machine issues
• Follow established work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow required safety procedures
• Work with the production team to keep output moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 - 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality procedures
• Previous manufacturing, molding, machine-operation, or production experience is helpful, but not required
• No high school diploma or GED required
