Production Worker - Day ShiftReports to: Day Shift Production SupervisorFacility: Dalton Facility - 630 Henry Street, Dalton, OH 44618Location: Initial training for this role will take place at the Walnut Creek Facility, 2150 SR 39 Sugarcreek, OH 44681.Pay Rate: Hourly with the opportunity to earn incentive after 90 daysHours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (5:30am to 2:00pm)Job ResponsibilitiesAble to operate small hand tools effectively and safely.Learn product part numbers.Read order numbers and production labels.Having the willingness and ability to cross train job duties within the department.Understanding ProVia's level of quality.Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.Practice personal safety and comply with all safety practices and procedures.Physical Job RequirementsSome moderate lifting is required. Able to swiftly move your hands and feet. Clear communication is required.Other Job RequirementsStrong attention to detail. Able to maintain a positive attitude, take direction, and follow through on all assigned tasks.
