Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with year-end audit preparations.
• Oversee general office operations, including supply management and vendor relations.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and various departments.
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, record keeping, and benefits administration.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or similar accounting software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in office administration and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) beyond basic data entry.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems.
