Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
• Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and/or similar accounting software, with a strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage office operations, including vendor relations, supply management, and administrative support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and related accounting entries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting beyond basic functions
• Experience with payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex)
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles
