Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, acting as liaison with vendors and contractors.
• Procure office supplies, equipment, and services, managing inventory and budget.
• Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve workflow.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.
• Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and manufacturing-specific software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
