This is the perfect "career transition" role for someone eager to exit hospitality or a recent grad looking to build a professional B2B foundation. (Wage review after 90 days/6 months) Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | Monday Friday (3540 hours per week) Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the receptionist and admin support:

Greet customers and vendors professionally
Manage phone switchboard and screen calls
Handle invoicing, AR, and credit card payments
Utilize "OpenShop" operating system for data entry
Manage filing, mail, and office supplies
Assist with B2B Sales-Use Tax reporting
Perform "light" production fulfillment during downtime

Requirements of the receptionist and admin support:

Strict daily arrival between 7:45 AM 8:00 AM (Phone system live by 8:00 AM)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
