A leading financial services organization is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to support client onboarding, payment solution implementations, and project coordination initiatives within a growing business operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with banking, merchant services, payments, account management, or client onboarding experience who enjoy managing projects, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage client implementation projects from initiation through successful completion
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure smooth execution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate successful onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Document project activities, issues, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures
• Provide training and support to clients and internal partners as needed
• Escalate project challenges and collaborate on solutions to ensure successful outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support team initiatives and strategic business objectives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, merchant services, payments, client onboarding, implementation, account management, project coordination, or related fields
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience

• Merchant services or payment processing experience
• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Experience working closely with sales, relationship management, or treasury teams
• Project management experience or formal project management training
• Knowledge of client implementation and onboarding best practices

Additional Details

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week in Chandler, AZ
• Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime may be available based on business needs
• Long-term contract opportunity with potential for extension and future conversion
