Skills/Licensing

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task

SIE/Series 99—Operations Professional; Series 7/24 is a plus

Familiarity with Pershing (Netx360) and Bloomberg TOMS/terminal is important

Familiarity with Office365 suite, particularly Excel, is critical

Familiarity with MSRB, RTTM, TRAQS, IPREO, ALERT and bond insurance is useful

Versatile detail-driven hands-on financial services leader with experience in back and middle office operations.

·         Experience with:

o   Managing small team (2-4 people)

o   Processing trades (municipal, government, corporate, some equity and mutual funds)

o   Monitoring trade reporting and settlements (in NetX360)

o   Monitoring trade reporting in MSRB and TRAQS

o   Monitoring  trade activity and reporting on Bloomberg

o   Monitoring margin details (in Netx360)

o   Monitoring incoming and outgoing wires and checks

o   Resolving items for attention (in NetX360)

o   Client onboarding–primarily Institutional and some Retail (Individual, Joint, Trust, Estate, TOD and IRA’s)

o   Set up and maintain NetX Investor user logins for customers.

o   Setting up new registered reps/managing entitlements (in Netx360)

·         Client Relationship Management—comfortable working with counterparties/clients

o   Examples:  general problem solving, researching cost basis for tax reporting, processing LOA requests and IRA Distributions

·         Ability to work with institutional sales team/underwriters

·         Preparing monthly commission adjustments

·         Preparing and distributing monthly blotters

·         Understand regulatory rules and follow firm and regulator policies and procedures

·         Initiating and approving wires

·         Support company’s Registered Investment Advisor

·         Provide customer and internal trade support
