ABOUT MYSEEMA MySeema helps patients and families navigate healthcare while helping healthcare organizations deliver better care between visits. We work across care navigation, chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, transitional care, advanced primary care management and other emerging models of longitudinal care. Our partners include physician organizations, ACOs and other healthcare organizations, but our mission is broader than administering Medicare programs. We want MySeema to become the person patients and families turn to when they don’t know what to do next in healthcare. We spent years figuring out the model. Now we’re looking for the operator who can help turn what works into a great, scalable healthcare company. THE ROLE We are looking for an exceptional healthcare operator to take significant ownership of MySeema’s day-to-day business. This is not a traditional COO role where you oversee a few departments and report on progress. You will be expected to drive execution across the company. You’ll take strategic priorities and turn them into: Clear outcomes One accountable owner Real commitments Deadlines Operating systems Measurable results You will own problems until they are solved. The founder will remain deeply involved in vision, strategy, major partnerships, product direction and capital allocation. Your job is to make sure the organization can execute at a very high level without requiring the founder to become the company’s project manager. For the right person, this role can grow into running MySeema. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Team performance, accountability and organizational structure P&L performance and unit economics Care-management operations across CCM, RPM, TCM and APCM Client implementation and ongoing client success Healthcare workflows, staffing models and operational capacity Quality, compliance and process improvement Technology and workflow implementations Turning new partnerships and sales opportunities into operationally successful programs Dashboards, KPIs and operating rhythms Identifying problems early and driving them through resolution WHAT YOU MAY BE WORKING ON Current opportunities and challenges include: Improving RPM economics, staffing and operational performance Building stronger TCM workflows around discharge identification, outreach and follow-up Helping ACO and provider partners close quality gaps and improve patient engagement Scaling APCM and other emerging Medicare care-management models Designing workflows around value-based care and shared savings Launching new programs with large healthcare partners Building capabilities across oncology, pharmacy, health systems and other areas of healthcare Using technology and AI to make care teams dramatically more effective without losing the human relationship patients need WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Healthcare experience is required. Ideally, you’ve operated within one or more of: Healthcare technology with significant operational complexity You do not need to know every Medicare regulation from memory. You do need enough healthcare fluency to enter a discussion about reimbursement, care-management workflows, EMRs, staffing models, quality measures or an ACO partnership and quickly understand what matters. More importantly, you need to be an exceptional operator. YOU'LL PROBABLY LOVE THIS ROLE IF... You naturally create order from chaos. You have unusually high standards for execution. You do not let things quietly fall through the cracks. You think in terms of outcomes, owners, deadlines and proof. You make decisions without constantly escalating them. You know how to build and lead high-performing teams. You address performance problems instead of working around them. You understand a P&L and connect operational decisions to financial outcomes. You use data to determine what is actually happening. You move quickly without becoming careless. You build useful processes without creating bureaucracy. You can move between strategy and operational detail. You are comfortable disagreeing with the founder. When given 10 ideas, you can identify the 2 that matter most and make sure they happen. When something goes wrong, your instinct is ownership rather than explanation. You would rather own an outcome than own a title. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT We are not looking for someone who primarily coordinates meetings, creates decks or passes information between departments. Assigning a task is not the same as completing it. Sending an email is not the same as solving the problem. Managing the process is not enough. We’re looking for someone who repeatedly produces measurable outcomes. WORKING WITH THE FOUNDER You should be comfortable working with a founder who moves quickly, sees a lot of opportunities and challenges assumptions. You will not be expected to say yes to every idea. In fact, part of your job is to create focus. If something should not be done, say so. If a commitment cannot be met, counteroffer. If something requires the founder’s decision, bring: The issue The decision required For everything else, own it. EXPERIENCE Ideally 7-10+ years of healthcare operating experience with meaningful responsibility for teams, operations and financial outcomes. Titles matter less than evidence that you have actually run things. LOCATION This is an in-office leadership role in Dallas-Fort Worth.
