Functieomschrijving Verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van de vastgoedportefeuille Aansturen en coördineren van groot onderhoud, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten Verantwoordelijk voor centrummanagement van winkelcentra binnen de portefeuille Bewaken van financiële, contractuele en kwalitatieve aspecten van beheer Onderhouden van contacten met aannemers, leveranciers, VvE’s en winkeliersverenigingen Vertegenwoordigen van eigenaars bij vergaderingen en overlegstructuren Adviseren van directie over onderhoudsstrategie en investeringsbeslissingen Taken Opstellen en bewaken van jaarplanningen en meerjarenonderhoudsplanningen (MJOP) Adviseren over groot onderhoud en contractering van externe partijen Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes Monitoren en controleren van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden Opstellen van servicekostenbegrotingen Periodieke inspecties uitvoeren en knelpunten vroegtijdig signaleren Begeleiden van verbouwingen en projectopleveringen Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving Onderhouden van contacten met overheidsinstanties inzake vergunningen, energiebeheer en subsidies Arbeidsvoorwaarden MBO+/HBO opleiding in bouwkundige richting (bijv.
