Associate Director Partnership Development

The University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business seeks an Associate Director of Partnership Development to expand and manage strategic relationships that advance experiential learning, research, and community impact. This role will identify and cultivate corporate, nonprofit, and community partners, aligning collaboration opportunities with college priorities and UC’s student-centered, research-driven mission. The Associate Director will coordinate closely with faculty, career services, advancement, and university leadership to design and implement partnerships that support co-op, internships, applied projects, and executive engagement. Responsibilities include prospecting new partners, negotiating agreements, tracking outcomes, and communicating impact to internal and external stakeholders.
