Strategic Federal Capture Manager - Growth & Proposals

HumanTouch is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to drive growth in Federal Health IT, Homeland Security, and Defense markets from its Tysons Corner, VA headquarters. You will lead capture efforts, develop strategies, and guide proposal writing to secure new business across current and new accounts. The role reports to the VP of Growth and Operations and requires strong coordination with executive leadership.
