What You'll Do As our Resource Teacher – STEM & Enrichment, you will:

• Design and lead engaging weekly themes and enrichment experiences
• Bring STEM, art, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning to life
• Guide each classroom through unique activities tailored to the children's ages and developmental levels
• Create memorable experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and wonder
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to extend classroom learning through special projects and experiences
• Build positive relationships with children across the entire school
• Help create school-wide events, celebrations, and seasonal activities
• Support a culture of joyful learning and exploration
• Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards

Qualifications Candidates must meet North Carolina licensing requirements. Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, educational, art, music, STEM, or enrichment setting is preferred, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates who demonstrate warmth, creativity, professionalism, and a desire to inspire children.
