Accounts Payable Specialist- Tolleson, AZ!

Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a top client in Tolleson, AZ. This Accounts Payable Specialist role requires experience with processing high volume invoices and assisting with month-end close duties. This is a fully onsite position paying up to $26 per hour. Responsibilities Process invoices (PO and non-PO), credit memos, and debit memos Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely processing Prepare and process payments, including checks and ACH Manage invoice holds, clear retentions, and process approved invoices Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor issues independently Monitor the AP inbox, respond to inquiries, and escalate urgent matters Provide documentation and support for audits Assist with month-end closing tasks Support process improvements and automation efforts within Accounts Payable Requirements Experience with basic Microsoft apps, Excel skills a plus Experience with prior job cost accounting/construction industry a plus Excellent customer service skills both internally and externally High degree of accuracy and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
