You’ll need: A high school diploma or GED Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background required Bilingual a plus, but not required Professional appearance, with attire suitable for an office environment Problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence Experience with Entrata software is a plus Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram Ability to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Availability to work Saturdays Responsibilities: As a Leasing Professional, your role will include, but is not limited to: Completing lease agreements and collecting rental deposits Ensuring model apartments are ready for tours Maintaining accurate resident and property files Knowledge of lease terms, policies, rental rates, apartment sizes, locations, and property amenities Utilizing phone and leasing techniques effectively Understanding and following the leasing application process and screening procedures Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times Conducting regular property inspections to ensure all vacant apartments are ready for showings Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses for marketing purposes Responding promptly and courteously to resident requests or concerns Operating in compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside-Properties,-In
