Position Details

• Location: Madison
• Position Type: Full-time, On-Site

Job Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Earn an extra $2.00/hour for all Third Shift hours (not included in the initial base rate).

Your core responsibilities

• Pick and deliver materials to assigned machines based on work orders
• Pack finished food items on the assembly line
• Label packages with weight and product information
• Stage finished pallets for shipping and return unused materials to the warehouse
• Operate an electric pallet jack and a forklift (with current license)
• Record all inventory movements in the system
• Verify codes, expiry dates, lot numbers, and quantities
• Stock your station for the shift and remove defective-looking products
• Place completed boxes onto pallet jacks or hand carts

Must-haves

• High school diploma or GED
• MHE license (required)
• Forklift license (required)
• Ability to stand 8–10+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice-to-haves

• 1–2 years of experience with manufacturing systems
• Material handler experience in a manufacturing environment

Work environment

Fast-paced production setting with moderate noise and temperature levels; safety and accuracy are top priorities.
