Union Payroll Specialist | 100% REMOTE | $70,000--$75,000 If you have hands-on experience processing union payroll and understand the reporting that comes with multiple unions, benefit plans, and state requirements, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialized payroll function in a fully remote environment. Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $70,000--$75,000 What You'll Be Doing Process union payroll accurately and on schedule Handle union labor and benefit reporting requirements Manage multi-state payroll and related benefit reporting Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies Coordinate reporting and payments across multiple unions and benefit plans Ensure payroll practices remain compliant with applicable union agreements and reporting requirements Support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting Who We're Looking For Previous experience processing union payroll Experience with union benefit and labor reporting Multi-state payroll experience Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements Experience supporting multiple unions and benefit plans Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently Please include the number of unions you have supported for benefit reporting. Nice to Have Certified payroll experience Prevailing wage payroll experience #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
