This highly visible role works closely with Finance leadership, Plant Controllers, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.What You'll Be DoingLead and develop the AP and AR teamsOversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliationsSupport month-end close, journal entries, and financial reportingMonitor cash flow and aging reports to improve financial performancePartner with Plant Controllers and Operations leaders across the organizationSupport internal and external auditsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyEnsure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing accounting environment (required) Experience leading or mentoring xhyhwjd accounting staff (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialists) Strong understanding of AP, AR, month-end close, reconciliations ERP system and advanced Excel proficiency Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceManufacturingMulti-site manufacturing operationsProcess improvement initiatives
