Advocate Health Care in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a Financial Advocate to help patients understand and plan for their medical costs. You will provide personalized estimates, explain insurance benefits, deductibles, and copays, and arrange upfront payments or payment plans as needed. You will assess eligibility for Medicaid and charity programs, coordinate with case workers, and educate patients on applicable policies.
