Pavement Maintenance Technician

Job Summary EverLine Coatings and Services is hiring a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Greater Grand Rapids crew. This seasonal position typically requires 40–60 hours per week. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay as experience and proficiency grow. Responsibilities Operate equipment to perform asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, and pothole repair. Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site. Complete additional tasks as required. Qualifications Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Problem‑solving skills. Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lb and perform work unsupervised. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: starting at $19 per hour with differential, overtime, and bonus opportunities. Paid time off.
