What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the PACU setting, monitored for recovery from anesthesia
• Assess patient status and respond to changes to ensure safety and stability
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for seamless patient transitions
• Use evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Document care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families about post-procedure care and expectations
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or the state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications from American Heart Association or approved agencies
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care, PACU, or similar environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
