CT Technologist

Night shift: 3x12 Hour (Thursday, Friday, Saturday 18:30 - 07:00)

This is a 13-week contract position.

The CT Technologist will participate in various assigned tasks related to imaging technology. The role involves performing diagnostic quality procedures safely, adhering to guidelines set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Computerized Tomography.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures with a focus on diagnostic quality.
• Administer and prepare contrast media for imaging as required.
• Ensure safety protocols and radiation safety measures are adhered to.
• Interact with patients and provide excellent care while performing procedures.
• Maintain and operate GE and Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment.
• Document and chart patient information using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) radiography license (pending permitted).
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography.
• Licensed in CT by the OBMI or registered in CT by the ARRT.
• BLS certification from AHA required within 90 days of hire.
• Outpatient experience with IV skills is mandatory.
• Experience with Epic charting system is a hard stop requirement.
• Previous experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment is preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience is desired.
