Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide part-time coverage for a university student health program in Pennsylvania. This is a long-term, academic-based opportunity delivering comprehensive care to a college-aged population in a structured, team-oriented setting.Position Details:Schedule: 17 hours per week (aligned with academic calendar)Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMThursday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMReduced summer schedule (one half-day/week)Contract Length: 10-12 months with potential for extensionStart Date: August 2026Clinical Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care to university studentsPerform routine exams, diagnostic testing, and treatmentWomen's health services, including contraceptive counseling and examsSTI testing, prevention, and patient educationConduct student-athlete physicals and collaborate with Athletic DepartmentServe as supervising physician for NP/CRNP and provide chart review/oversightParticipate in development of clinical protocols and policiesPractice Setting:Student health clinic on university campusCollaborative care modelSupport staff includes NPs, RNs, nurse supervisor, and administrative teamOpportunity to work closely with behavioral health and athletic staffQualifications:Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)Active Pennsylvania medical license (required)Active DEA with PA address (required)Minimum experience in primary care; student health experience preferredComfortable performing women's health procedures (e.g., pap smears, pelvic exams)Experience or willingness to supervise advanced practice providersWhy Consider This Role:Predictable, part-time academic scheduleLong-term stability with extension potentialDiverse clinical scope in a low-volume settingCollegial, mission-driven campus environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates should apply directly through DocCafe for consideration.
