Bilingual Support Analyst - Data Canter Manufacturing

Job Title: Support Analyst
Location: Remote, with required onsite travel to Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico and Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
Work Model: Primarily virtual, with onsite workshop support required
Term: Project-based contract aligned to approximately 24-week engagement timeline
Rate Basis: $50/hour (1099 only)
Estimated Hours: Approximately 80 total hours; 40 hours per site
Travel Requirement: Required to join the Lead Facilitator & Coach on the combined 6-day onsite trip covering both Mexico sites Travel Reimbursement: Travel and lodging reimbursed at cost; hotel booked directly by client
Language Requirement: Working proficiency in Spanish preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Support Analyst to provide execution support for a two-site leadership optimization engagement for a client in the data center manufacturing industry , supporting site leadership teams in Mexicali and Monterrey . This role will support the Lead Facilitator & Coach with scheduling, logistics, note capture, interview write-ups, theme coding, materials preparation, onsite workshop support, roadmap documentation, attendance tracking, and coaching-cycle coordination.

This is a support-focused role with no client-facing facilitation, coaching, or sponsor-alignment ownership. The Support Analyst will help ensure the engagement runs smoothly behind the scenes so the Lead Facilitator & Coach can remain focused on delivery, facilitation, coaching, and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple workstreams across two international sites. This person should be able to manage logistics, prepare materials, capture accurate notes, organize documentation, and track follow-up actions with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Scheduling & Logistics Support

• Coordinate scheduling for approximately 20 stakeholder interviews per site.

• Manage calendars, invitations, reminders, interview logistics, and participant coordination.

• Support virtual interview setup and ensure interview materials are prepared in advance.

• Track interview completion status, attendance, and scheduling changes.

• Provide organized logistical support to keep interview activities on schedule across both sites.

Live Note Capture & Interview Documentation

• Provide live note capture during stakeholder interviews.

• Prepare interview write-ups in a clear, organized, and consistent format.

• Support theme coding and categorization of interview findings.

• Organize interview notes to support synthesis, findings development, and workshop preparation.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling stakeholder feedback and interview content.

Synthesis & Materials Support

• Support the Lead Facilitator & Coach with synthesis of interview findings.

• Help organize themes, examples, patterns, and site-specific observations.

• Assist with findings decks, workshop materials, discussion guides, handouts, and supporting documentation.

• Prepare materials in English and Spanish as needed, depending on engagement requirements.

• Ensure materials are polished, organized, formatted consistently, and ready for client use.

Workshop Preparation & Onsite Support

• Support workshop preparation, including materials assembly, tailoring, printing coordination, logistics, and room-readiness support.

• Travel onsite with the Lead Facilitator & Coach for the combined 6-day trip covering both Mexico sites.

• Provide live support and capture during the two-day onsite leadership workshop at each site.

• Capture discussion themes, decisions, action items, roadmap inputs, questions, and follow-up needs.

• Help ensure the Lead Facilitator & Coach has the materials, documentation, and logistical support needed for smooth workshop delivery.

Roadmap Documentation & Distribution

• Document roadmap outputs after each onsite workshop.

• Organize action items, owners, dates, commitments, and sponsor-approved next steps.

• Prepare final roadmap documentation for review and distribution following sponsor sign-off.

• Maintain accurate records of workshop outcomes and follow-up commitments.

• Support closeout documentation and final handoff materials for each site.

Cohort Session & Coaching Logistics

• Prepare materials for cohort skill-building sessions.

• Coordinate scheduling, invitations, reminders, and attendance tracking for cohort sessions.

• Support tracking of participant engagement and completion status.

• Coordinate coaching-cycle logistics, including scheduling 1-on-1 coaching sessions and tracking completion progress.

• Maintain organized trackers for coaching sessions, cohort participation, attendance, and outstanding follow-up items.

Project Coordination & Administrative Support

• Maintain schedules, trackers, action logs, documentation folders, and engagement support materials.

• Coordinate across stakeholders, site contacts, the Lead Facilitator & Coach, and engagement leadership.

• Support timely follow-up on logistics, materials, scheduling, documentation, and distribution needs.

• Help ensure engagement activities remain organized across two sites and multiple stakeholder groups.

• Provide proactive support to reduce administrative burden on the Lead Facilitator & Coach.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational, coordination, and project support skills.

• Experience managing scheduling, logistics, trackers, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

• Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare clear notes, summaries, and materials.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines across parallel workstreams.

• Comfort supporting meetings, interviews, facilitated workshops, leadership sessions, or coaching programs.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Ability to travel internationally to Mexico.

• Valid passport and ability to join the combined onsite trip to Mexicali and Monterrey.

• Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive interview content with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working proficiency in Spanish.

• Experience supporting bilingual materials, interview write-ups, or meeting documentation.

• Prior experience supporting facilitated workshops, coaching programs, leadership development engagements, organizational effectiveness work, or change management initiatives.

• Experience with project coordination, PMO support, consulting support, HR / talent programs, organizational effectiveness, or learning and development.

• Experience preparing presentation materials, action trackers, roadmaps, meeting summaries, or executive-ready documentation.

• Experience supporting international or multi-site engagements.
