Position: General Dentist
Columbia Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist on behalf of a healthcare facility located in a community-focused setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Position Details:
- Title: General Dentist
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Saturdays)
- Team: Work alongside 1 Dentist, 2 Dental Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
- Facilities: 2 operatories available
- Patient Load: 12-14 patients/day, approximately 200 patients/month
- Scope of Care: General dentistry for patients of all ages
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Health Benefits: Medical and Dental coverage
- Disability Insurance: Long-Term Disability (LTD) / Short-Term Disability (STD)
- Loan Repayment: Eligible for loan forgiveness options due to FQHC status
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) or equivalent
- Life Insurance: Comprehensive coverage
- Continuing Education (CME): 5 days of CME leave with a $3,000 allowance
- Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: $20,000
- Vacation/Holidays: 160 hours annually
