We’re looking for a hungry Associate Trial Attorney ready to dive into depositions, advocate

in court, and stand with us at trial. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact

The Opportunity:

As our Associate Trial Attorney, you’ll be at the core of our case-building process, with a

unique focus on discovery. Winning in trial starts with gathering and preparing powerful,

irrefutable evidence, and your role will be instrumental in organizing, following up, tracking,

and creating discovery strategies that pave the way for success in the courtroom. You’ll

engage in meticulous research, follow leads, work with experts, and ensure that every case

detail is accounted for. This is not just about showing up in court; it's about the diligence,

perseverance, and precision that make courtroom victories possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discovery Mastery: Oversee and execute all discovery phases with rigor—drafting and

responding to requests, organizing evidence, and meticulously following through on every

detail.

- Case Development: Manage personal injury and wrongful death cases from inception,

digging deep into the evidence to shape a compelling story for our clients.

- Deposition Leadership: Conduct and assist in depositions to extract critical testimony that

strengthens our cases. You’ll play a key role in shaping the narrative by asking the right

questions, anticipating defense tactics, and securing the evidence we need to succeed in

court.

-Courtroom Preparation: Prepare pleadings, motions, and organize exhibits that align with

your discovery work to powerfully support our cases.

- Client and Witness Engagement: Act as a trusted advocate, guiding clients and working

closely with witnesses to build a case that honors their truth.

- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our client partners to develop winning

strategies and ensure every case is ready for the courtroom spotlight.

Who We’re Looking For:

- J.D. and Ohio Bar Admission: You’re a licensed attorney ready to take on challenging cases.

- 2+ Years of Litigation Experience: Ideally in personal injury or trial work, with a passion for

discovery.

- Keen Eye for Detail: Precision, organization, and follow-through are second nature to you.

- Research and Writing Strength: You’re adept at gathering and presenting facts in a way that

makes the truth undeniable.
