Workers' Compensation Attorney - 1-5 Yrs Experience - Cleveland, OH

The Opportunity Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, Pennsylvania. In this role you will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high‑exposure, complex litigation. Common claims include repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. Clients are across construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education, and other industries. Compensation Compensation range: $100,000 - $125,000. You are not expected to manage cases from inception through trial on day one, but you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management over time.
