CWW Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

$95K–$115K + 15% Shift Premium + 12.5% Bonus

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Connecticut as an Overnight Manufacturing Supervisor (Manufacturing Group Leader) supporting cleanroom production operations. What You’ll Do

• Lead night shift cleanroom production operations to ensure on-time, high-quality output

• Develop and execute detailed production schedules aligned with manufacturing plans

• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 manufacturing professionals

• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Support teams

• Identify production issues, implement recovery plans, and communicate risks

• Ensure readiness for new product introductions and production ramp-ups

• Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

• Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

• 5–7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment

• 2–3+ years of hands-on leadership experience (direct people management)

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations

• Experience with process improvement and troubleshooting

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, cleanroom or high-tech environment

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

• Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or defense industries

• Lean Manufacturing expertise (Yellow Belt or similar)

Work Environment & Schedule

• Cleanroom setting (full PPE required throughout shift)

• Compressed Work Week (CWW Nights):

• N1: Sun–Tues + every other Saturday

• N2: Wed–Fri + every other Saturday

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
