Senior Client Relationship Manager

Neil Jesani Advisors is a specialized team of CPAs, EAs, Tax Attorneys, and financial professionals dedicated to helping high-income individuals, successful business owners and mid-market businesses significantly reduce tax exposure and elevate long-term financial outcomes. We are seeking a high-caliber seasoned Relationship Manager with a finance, tax or accounting background for our corporate office in Sunrise, Florida. The Role The Senior Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience at Neil Jesani Advisors. You will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring we consistently deliver—and, whenever possible, over-deliver—on the promises we make. Your success in this role will be measured not only by whether client deliverables are completed, but by how our clients feel about their experience with us. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, proactively identify client needs, coordinate internally to ensure commitments are fulfilled, and build relationships strong enough that our clients become some of our most enthusiastic advocates and referral sources. Key Responsibilities Own the Client Relationship: Manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary relationship point of contact. Ensure Exceptional Execution: Take ownership of client deliverables and commitments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all client needs are addressed accurately, timely, and professionally. Proactively Manage Client Needs: Anticipate client needs rather than simply reacting to requests. Identify opportunities to provide additional value and ensure clients consistently feel supported. Create an Exceptional Client Experience: Make every interaction with the client reflect the high level of service and expertise that defines Neil Jesani Advisors. Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop deep, trusted relationships with clients that extend beyond individual engagements and create long-term loyalty. Drive Client Advocacy & Referrals: Develop such strong client relationships that our clients become enthusiastic advocates for the firm and a significant source of qualified referrals and new business. Protect the Client Experience: Identify potential issues before they become problems, escalating appropriately, and take ownership of resolving client concerns. Collaborate Across the Firm: Work closely with Business Managers, CPAs, tax professionals, attorneys, CFOs, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. What We're Looking For Proven 10 year experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager in delivering tax, accounting, banking or financial services. Strong computer and technical skills. CPA, EA, CFP or MBA in Finance is very helpful. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the client and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
