You will work to maintain system uptime by diagnosing connectivity and performance issues across cellular, LAN, and Linux-based systems. You will collaborate with other teams, partners, and customers to deliver high-quality remote support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Role ResponsibilitiesIndependently resolve incidents involving cellular, LAN, or Linux-based systems on deployed unitsDiagnose system issues using log analysis, diagnostic tools, and documented processesMake configuration changes to improve system and network performanceDocument troubleshooting steps, diagnosis, and resolution in detailCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers via tickets, chat, or phone to coordinate resolutionProvide input to improve standard operating procedures and team documentationCollaborate with peers and escalate when appropriateComplete one-off projects with a technical scope of work as assigned by your managerOur Ideal CandidateTechnical certification or professional experience in Network and Linux systems administrationStrong written documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize across multiple active incidentsStrong analytical and technical diagnostic skillsPrioritiesRespond to and resolve high-priority escalations in a timely mannerProgress, update, or reassign assigned incidents in ServiceNowReview newly assigned group incidents and triage accordinglyComplete project work as assignedBenefitsWe believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported.
