Accounting Clerk

Job Description Posted Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 5:00 AM | Expires Friday, July 31, 2026 at 4:59 AM POSITION OBJECTIVE: Experienced Accounting Clerk to perform the general duties of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Good communication skills both inter-office and customer base. Computer experience working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. Experience preferred in AS400. Ability to work both independently and on a team. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Receivables: Investigate and identify deductions taken by customers. Maintain a good working relationship with the customer to ensure resolution in requesting credits and resolving any problems. Generate, document, and produce credit memos. Process checks for bank deposits and applies cash daily. Accounts Payable: Match vendor invoice to purchase order and receiving receipt. Process vendor invoices for payment. Prepare and run checks weekly. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. Office environment Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

TRAINING:

Must complete all ongoing training as required.
