Client Service Associate

Job Description

Office administrative work for busy and growing retirement plan firm:

Learn the fundamentals of retirement plan administration
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and client records
Data entry/import with analysis
Resolve client issues
Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients
Prepare mailings

There is significant career growth potential.

Use of standard office equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Must possess the ability to learn new systems, multitask and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are imperative. Candidates with experience in financial, accounting & HR fields will be prioritized. Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking would be a bonus.
