Qualifications:

• Valid K–12 Special Education Certification (strongly preferred for flexibility)
• Experience serving as a special education teacher and/or case manager
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 70 students

• Write, monitor, and maintain IEPs
• Conduct IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with district/state requirements
• Collaborate with school teams for effective IEP implementation
