Key Qualifications & Experience:

• K–12 Special Education certification required (elementary focus for current opening).
• Previous experience as a special education teacher or case manager.
• Strong background in IEP management, progress monitoring, and compliance with regulations.
• Ability to work remotely in conjunction with on-site staff.
• Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

• Write, update, and maintain IEPs and support documentation.
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings with families and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and ensure legal and district compliance.
• Collaborate with school teams to support effective IEP implementation.
• Maintain a caseload capped at approximately 70 elementary-level students.
