Job Summary Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, networking, and driving insurance sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, networking, and driving insurance sales.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 annually
- Commission : 55% on new business, with a minimum of 2.5% renewal commission after the first year (renewal percentage can increase based on performance).
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
- Additional Perks : Access to a robust lead generation system and a supportive team environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate leads.
- Handle inbound leads (40%) and engage in outside sales activities (60%).
- Conduct networking activities, including presentations, speeches, and in-house meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas, with a target of $250,000 in written premium for the first year.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Attend a minimum of two weeks of training at the corporate office to ensure a strong start.
- Licenses : Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, preferably within an independent agency. Experience with multiple carriers is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign.
- Soft Skills : Strong presentation skills, professionalism, ability to read the room, and excellent conversational abilities.
