Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Welcome and provide exceptional customer service to all customers including patients, family members, vendors and the entire Northwest Hospital Team and Medical Staff. Provide directions, assist customers and escorts when feasible. Accesses patient information on the computer providing appropriate patient directory information. Maintains a professional business appearance and clean, organized work environment. Coordinate in collaboration with the Volunteers, Security, Patient Access, Guest Relations, Transportation and other applicable departments to meet the needs of our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Formal working knowledge; requires knowledge of a specialized field.
3-5 years of experience.
