Infinium A/C & Refrigeration is seeking an experienced **Technician III** to serve as an advanced technical leader in the field. This position is designed for a highly skilled technician who can independently diagnose complex refrigeration and mechanical system issues, lead difficult service work, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other technicians.

### Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex and intermittent refrigeration and mechanical system failures
• Lead difficult service calls and perform advanced troubleshooting
• Mentor and develop Technician I and Technician II team members
• Improve operational efficiency and job execution
• Maintain extremely low callback rates through accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with customers, field teams, and company leadership
• Assist with technician training and the development of field standards
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and protect the company's reputation through quality execution
• Lead and support the oncall rotation and independently handle escalated afterhours service situations
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership in the field

### Compensation

• $32$38 per hour, based on demonstrated competency, accountability, professionalism, leadership contribution, operational value, and consistency.

Performance-based incentive opportunities may also be available based on measurable contribution and execution.
