One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Antonio is growing, and we are actively hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Selling Technician to join our team.

We don’t just fix HVAC systems—we protect the trust homeowners place in us. Our technicians are the face of our company inside our customers’ homes, and we’re looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

If you can diagnose residential HVAC systems, communicate confidently with homeowners, present repair and replacement options without pressure, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, IAQ solutions and system replacement

• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations

• Educate customers so they can make confident decisions about their homes

• Take ownership of your calls from diagnosis through completion

• Accurately document service calls, photos, findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance

• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly

• Meet performance expectations for revenue, efficiency, quality and customer experience

• Help build long-term customer relationships and a strong local reputation

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level HVAC position.

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Experienced in residential HVAC service and sales
  
  
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting options

• Motivated by commission and performance-based compensation

• Dependable and accountable

• Coachable, regardless of how long you’ve been in the trade

• Organized and able to complete documentation consistently

• Professional in customers’ homes

• Focused on solutions—not shortcuts

• Interested in building a career with a growing company

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience

• EPA certification

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to meet company background and drug-screening requirements

• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC service work

NATE certification is preferred but not required.
