About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition and People to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to ensure that talent initiatives are in line with business objectives, implementing data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment processes, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming workplace culture. The Head of Talent will also oversee the onboarding process and be expected to have a strong background in talent acquisition or human resources, with a proven track record in recruitment strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' of experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of the technology landscape and marketplace dynamics is essential, as is experience in managing a team and leading cross-functional projects. While not mandatory, familiarity with AI and B2B marketplace trends, experience in building employer branding, and a background in using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making are preferred. The Head of Talent will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy of the company, which is at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance user experiences and streamline operations.
