Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative located in the Patchogue, NY area. Responsible for assisting customers with questions, orders, and concerns while providing friendly and professional service. The role is a temp to possible direct hire position answering calls and emails, resolving customer issues, updating customer information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a professional attitude are preferred.


Job responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide information.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Resolve complaints and customer issues.
• Process order requests.
• Keep customer information updated.
• Provide friendly and helpful service.
• Work with other employees to solve customer problems.

Requirement:

• High School Diploma.
• must have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills.
• Ability to work with customers patiently.
