A 33m Custom Line motor yacht is seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a professional, fully managed private program. The yacht has recently been purchased by experienced owners upgrading from an 85ft yacht and is preparing for its first full summer season. The Chief Stewardess is also new to the program, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems and working as part of a collaborative team. Program Private use Fully managed program with shoreside support Based in Palm Beach, Florida Summer cruising: Montauk and the U.S. Northeast Winter based in Florida with two short Bahamas trips in late spring Open to a couple with experienced deckhand The Role The owners love entertaining and regularly host friends onboard for lunches, dinners, and day cruises throughout the summer. As a result, service is a significant part of this role. The Second Stewardess will assist the Chief Stewardess with all aspects of the interior while taking the lead on breakfast service and supporting lunch, dinner, and guest events throughout the season. The successful candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to help establish the interior alongside the Chief Stewardess as the yacht transitions into its new program. Responsibilities Housekeeping and laundry Leading breakfast service Assisting with lunch, dinner, and guest service Table setting and presentation Interior provisioning and inventory Cabin preparation and guest turnarounds Maintaining exceptional interior standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience onboard a yacht Previous guest service experience is essential Confident leading breakfast service independently Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Team player with excellent communication skills Professional appearance and willingness to learn The owners have high standards but straightforward expectations and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a polished yet relaxed guest experience.
