Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
• At least 2 year of experience in brand management, trade marketing or operations business analytics, preferably within CPG.
• Experience working on new product forecasting, insights gathering, and business case development.
• Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Brand Marketing, Customer Strategy, Sales, eCommerce, Field Teams, and agency partners.
• Support and execute integrated trade marketing, shopper marketing, and omnichannel activation plans.
• Own the annual activation calendar, coordinating product launches, retail programs, and key commercial initiatives.
• Lead customer-specific trade customization by adapting brand strategies and promotional plans.
• Drive in-store excellence through display planning and execution, merchandising initiatives, and retail activation programs.
