SCHEDULE

• Coverage Type: Inpatient (Potential OT procedures)

• Schedule Type: Clinical Hours

• Call Type: None

• Dates of Need: Full time coverage

• Shift Times: 8a-5p

• Provider Minimum Shifts Required: 14 per month

• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8

• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 hours per week

• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday


CREDENTIALING

• Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)

• License: Active or IMLC

• DEA Required: Yes

• Boards: BC only

• Skills/Certs: GI Fellowship required


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Must have completed GI Fellowship.
Looking for one experienced GI provider to help in a Gastro Hospitalist type role between Sacred Heart and Holy Family.
Due to a retirement, we are seeking one full-time provider to join the team, starting ASAP with ongoing needs until a permanent hire is made.
Minimum availability is 2 weeks a month if two providers are recruited to work 2on/2off.
If a single provider works full time and performs outpatient procedures, they are welcome to indicate this in their presentation.
Successful locum providers may be considered for the permanent position.
Weekday coverage: 8a-5p, no nights or weekends.
