Sales Manager, Life Insurance

Location(s) Fort Lauderdale, Florida Position Summary Kemper Home Service team seeks a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising agents (average of seven) assigned. Position Responsibilities Responsible for performance of agents, expected to achieve results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervising activities. Continuously prospect for agent candidates. Regularly work with assigned agents, supervising and monitoring sales and collection activities. Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide service for agencies without an assigned agent. Report to District Manager. Position Qualifications 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience. Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty. Position requires work in office and in the field; 50–100% of time spent recruiting, training/developing, and supporting agents.
