Job Summary
Oversee daily DTC shipping, inventory, and fulfillment operations. Ensure accurate and timely order processing, manage carrier relationships, monitor performance, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
- Oversee daily shipping schedules and carrier performance.
- Coordinate inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse fulfillment.
- Monitor shipping costs, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
- Resolve shipping issues and support customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, customer service, and management teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse experience, preferably in DTC or e-commerce.
- 3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or 3PL.
- Strong WMS experience, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Experience with shipping software such as ShipStation, ShipBob, or NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with domestic and international carriers.
- Knowledge of demand planning, CRM, and order management systems.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment supervisory experience.
